Floyd Mayweather mocks Manny Pacquiao with Christmas card

Floyd Mayweather took another shot at Manny Pacquiao on Twitter, this time posting a series of pictures to mock the eight-division world champion.

The first picture featured Mayweather using a stack of cash like a phone with the caption “Manny I’ll pay you 40 million to fight!” alluding to an informal offer his camp made years ago.

The next picture saw Pacquiao taking a selfie with the caption “No way, You’re crazy. 50/50 or nothing.” The third was a photo of Pacquiao after he was knocked out by Juan Manuel Marquez back in December of 2012.
Mayweather brought the point home in the fourth picture as it featured Pacquiao praying with the caption “Dear God, please have Floyd call me again.”
In eight hours, the tweet had more than 19,000 retweets and 8,000 favorites.
The 40 million amount was rumored but the two camps could not formally talk about the money split as they disagreed on many issues, the biggest of which was a cutoff date for the random drug-testing.

After Pacquiao won over Brandon Rios, the possibility of a match between him and Mayweather made the rounds again but the reigning WBC welterweight and unified WBC and WBA super welterweight champion of the world was quick to dismiss the Filipino Congressman.

"Everybody's talking about the title he’s (Pacquiao's) the mandatory. He can have the belt! A belt don't make me,” said Mayweather in an interview with FightHype.

“Here’s the Manny Pacquiao story. Manny Pacquiao was at welterweight. He lost to Timothy Bradley, no matter how you cut it, how you slice it, he lost to Timothy Bradley. He got knocked out by Marquez. He came back and went the distance with a lightweight,” said Mayweather. “And now all of a sudden, he’s the mandatory for my title. I’ve been champion since 1998 to right now. I’m not 1 and 2 in my last three fights. I’m 48 and 0. But like I said before, put him in front of me, I’ll beat him.”
Pacquiao has expressed his interest with a fight against Mayweather, even sending his right-hand man Michael Koncz to the United States as a feeler. However, Mayweather knows that he holds all the aces should the two camps re-enter negotiations. His numbers are as good as ever while Pacquiao's have dipped.
Mayweather is currently looking at Amir Khan as his next opponent while Pacquiao is considering Timothy Bradley, Juan Manuel Marquez, and Ruslan Provodnikov.
